ST. JOSEPH, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict Athletic Department inducted 43 student-athletes into its second class of the Minnesota Zeta Chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma – the National College Athlete Honor Society on Sunday (May 7) at the Bennies Awards.
It is the second year that CSB has had a Chi Alpha Sigma induction ceremony. The society recognizes the qualities of superior academic achievements, intercollegiate athletic participation, outstanding leadership, and dedicated service to the college community. Student-athletes must be juniors or seniors with a GPA of 3.4 or higher, and today we are excited to recognize the 43 new members that will comprise our second inductee class. The honor society is the first and only academic fraternity that specifically recognizes four-year collegiate student-athletes for their athletic and academic successes.
