2023-2024: Awarded AVCA Honorable Mention All-Region ...earned College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors...named to Academic All-MIAC team for a third time...earned All-MIAC honors ...named MIAC Volleyball Athlete of the Week on 10/2 ... registered double doubles seven times this year and 21 in her career....led CSB with 266 kills (2.63/set, 12^th in the MIAC) on 897 attacks and hit .155...ranked 12th in the MIAC with 43 service aces, including a high of five against St. Scholastica on Sept 30, 2023..totaled 316 digs, including reaching double-digits 16 times, and 24 total blocks...was 12th in the MIAC with 321.5 points...in 78 games and 281 sets in her career, recorded 696 career kills (2.48/set), 2,377 career attacks, 796 digs and 95 service aces...had a career-best 23 kills vs Saint Mary's on Oct. 14, 2022, with 23 digs vs Hamline on Oct. 20, 2023...hit a career-best .542 vs. Saint Mary's on Sept. 29, 2023, had 30 double-digit kills totals, including 11 in 2023.  

2022-23: Named to the All-MIAC team... earned CSB Athlete of the Week on 10/11... competed in all 27 matches... recorded a career high 23 kills in a single game against Saint Mary's on 10/14 and finished the season with 313 kills... recorded 291 digs and 27 assists... recorded 32 service aces... finished the season with 25 total blocks. 

2021-22: Competed in 60 sets as a sophomore ... finished fifth on the team in assists with 12 ... finished fifth on the team in service aces with 15 ... recorded 72 kills, 112 digs, and seven blocks on the season ... career-high 19 digs against St. Kate's on Oct. 19. 

2020-21: Saw time in all 20 sets as a first year in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... finished third on the team with 45 kills ... also finished third on the team with seven total blocks ... finished second on the team with 77 digs and also had five service aces.

High School: Guest is a 2020 graduate of Saint Francis High School where she played volleyball for four years. She earned all-conference and conference defensive MVP honors as both a junior and senior, and also earned all-conference accolades as a sophomore. She hit the 1,000 kill and dig milestones as a senior, and was team MVP and team captain as a junior and senior. Her proudest moment was during a five-set section game against Anoka when she hit her career-high with 27 kills, and later she enjoyed celebrating the win with her teammates.
 
Personal: Emma is the daughter of Timothy and Colleen Guest. Some of her favorite things to do are being outdoors, fishing, swimming, tubing, hiking, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. Emma will be pursuing a business major and a coaching minor while at CSB/SJU. She is looking forward to being able to continue playing volleyball in a competitive way while meeting and making new friends.
