Emma Vicker-Season-Career Results

2023-24: Competed in ten meets, recording ten top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Championships, setting career-bests in the 500 Y Free (5:53.85) and the 200 Y Fly (2:39.63) and setting season-bests in the 1000 Y Free (12:39.09) and the 1650 Y Free (20:54.49) ... set a career-best in the 100 Y Fly with a time of 1:13.06 at the Rochester Invitational … finished with a career-best in the 50 Y Fly (33.87) at the Gustie Invitational. 

2022-23: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors for the 2022-23 season … competed in ten meets, recording seven top-8 finishes … competed in the MIAC Championships, recording career-bests in the 200 Y free (2:14.63) and in the 500 Y Free (5:55.72) and swimming a 20:40.00 in the 1650 Y Free ... set career-bests in the 50 Y Back (37.25), the 50 Y Breast (40.84), and the 100 Y IM (1:18.68) at the St. Kate’s Pentathlon … took 8th place in the 500 Y Free (6:23.79) at the CSB vs Saint Cloud meet … recorded a pair of 7th place finishes in the 500 Y Free (6:14.52) and the 1000 Y Free (13:21.38) at the Macalester vs SJU vs CSB meet … took 8th place in the 500 Y Free (6:15.20) and 6th place in the 1000 Y Free (13:03.03) at the CSB vs STO vs SJU meet … finished in 4th place in the 1650 Y Free (21:48.53) at the SJU/CSB Invite … set career-bests in the 1000 Y Free (12:27.60) and the 1650 Y Free (20:39.90) at the Rochester Invitational … took 7th place in the 1000 Y Free (12:42.41) at the CSB vs Gustavus meet. 

2021-22: Competed in 11 meets as a sophomore ... swam career-best 50 and 100 free times and a career-best mile time in 2021-22 ... recorded 12 top-10 finishes.

2020-21: Competed in three meets as a first year in a COVID-shortened season ... swam career-best times in the 50, 100, 200 and 500 free and 200 back at the St. Kate's Quad to end the season ... recorded four top-15 finishes.

High School: Vicker is a 2020 graduate of Dowling Catholic High School where she was on the swim team for four seasons. She was also on the club swim team. Her accomplishments include the Best Performance Award in 2017 and the Bob Trusty Award in 2019. Her proudest moment was breaking a minute in the 100 free.
 
Personal: Emma is the daughter of Amie and Rob Vicker. She has one sibling, Sam. In her free time, she enjoys reading, waterskiing, and listening to music. She is a Biology major.  She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because it allows her to be a part of a close-knit team and to compete with her friends.
