2023-24: Earned second straight College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honor...named to the Puget Sound Premiere All-Tourney and the UW-River Falls All-Tourney Team in 2023...played 81 sets with 21 matches, totaling 379 digs for 4.68/set and registering 21 service aces...had 64 assists or 0.79.set...three-time Academic All-MIAC honoree...had a career-high of 38 digs against Gustavus Adolphus on April 28, 2021 and five service aces against Saint Mary's on Oct. 15, 2021...finished with 277 sets and 75 matches, accumulating 1,193 digs (4.31/set) with 82 service aces and 170 assists.

2022-23: named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.. earned Academic All-MIAC... competed in all 100 sets of the season... recorded 7 kills and 76 assists... led the team in service aces for the second year with 30... finished the season with 487 digs.

2021-22: Competed in 76 sets as a sophomore ... season-high 28 digs against Northwestern on Sept. 14 ... led the team in service aces with 24 ... season-high five service aces against Saint Mary's on Oct. 15 ... second on the team in digs with 216 and 2.84 digs per set...earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2020-21: Competed in all 20 sets as a first year in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... tied the school record for digs in a match with 38 on April 28 against Gustavus ... led the team with 111 digs and 5.55 digs per set ... tied for second on the team with seven service aces ... earned MIAC Player of the Week honors after the first weekend of competition in Spring 2021.

High School: McDonald is a 2020 graduate of Centennial High School where she competed in both volleyball and track for four years. Her accomplishments for volleyball include All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2017 and 2018 and All-Conference in 2019. She also played club volleyball and made the all-star team at nationals. Her accomplishments for track include All-Conference in 2017 and 2018 and All-Conference Honorable Mention in 2019. Her proudest moment of her volleyball career was making the All-Star team at nationals in 2019.
 
Personal: Daughter of Kenneth and Monica McDonald and her sister, Bridget, also competed on the volleyball team...majoring in communications and minoring in art.
