Competing Feb. 27 at the Carleton Recreation Center (Northfield, Minn.), Ahlberg cleared a season-best 3.53 meters (11-07.00) to claim the conference crown for the third straight year. Her mark ranks 55th nationally in NCAA Division III.

The Bennies dominated the event, placing three athletes among the top five, led by Ahlberg's championship performance. Junior Lili Raidt (Waconia, Minn.) tied for second place to earn All-MIAC honors after posting a season-best and indoor personal-best clearance of 3.43 meters (11-03.00). Sophomore McKenna Flinn (Redwood Valley, Minn.) rounded out the group with a fifth-place finish at 3.23 meters (10-07.00).

With the victory, Ahlberg became the first athlete in program history to win three straight indoor pole vault titles and tied London Stelten (2014–2017) for the school record with five MIAC pole vault championships overall. Her title performance helped propel Saint Benedict to a fifth-place team finish at the conference meet.
