Championship History

In 2024, College of Saint Benedict delivered one of the strongest performances in program history at the MIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships. The Bennies totaled 120 points — their highest score since posting 122 in 2014 — and recorded 10 All-MIAC performances and five individual titles. The 10 All-MIAC honors matched the 2023 indoor squad for the most in program history, while CSB added 22 top-eight finishes and four records (school, facility and championship).

In 2025, the Bennies followed with two titles, five All-MIAC performances, nine honorable mention All-MIAC finishes and nine marks that ranked among the program's all-time top 10.

Overall, Saint Benedict has placed fifth or better 19 times at the indoor conference meet. The program's highest finishes include second-place results in 2024 (120 points), 2017 (101.33), 2016 (101.2), 2014 (122) and 2011 (107). Last season, CSB placed fifth with 94.25 points.

Each of those teams — and every Bennies squad since 1999 — has been led by head coach Robin Balder-Lanoue. CSB has competed at the MIAC Indoor Championships every year since 1988.
