Summer Seamans received honorable mention honors, the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) announced Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The trio played key roles in leading the Bennies through a competitive 2025 campaign that saw CSB finish 7-11 overall and 5-6 in MIAC play, tying for sixth in the conference standings.

Stephani, a nursing major from Blaine, Minn., becomes the 88th player in program history to earn All-MIAC recognition, continuing a remarkable tradition of excellence. Saint Benedict has had at least one All-MIAC selection for 34 consecutive years.
She appeared in 18 games with 16 starts, tallying seven goals (10th, MIAC) and one assist for 15 total points. Her season included two game-winning goals and 23 shots on target among 49 total attempts. A two-time Academic All-MIAC honoree, Stephani concludes her career with 11 goals, seven assists, and 29 points across 66 games.
Mary Blaska
Blaska, a nursing major from Vadnais Heights, Minn., anchored the Bennie defense with consistency and leadership, starting 17 of 18 matches and logging 1,200 minutes.
An Academic All-MIAC honor in 2023, she contributed five shots on the season and helped stabilize a young back line. The honor marks the second All-MIAC recognition of her career, after earning All-MIAC honors in 2023. Over four seasons, Blaska appeared in 50 games (33 starts), recording three assists and 16 shots while amassing nearly 3,000 minutes of play.
Seamans, a junior business major from Medicine Lake, Minn., provided a dynamic presence in the midfield, starting all 18 games and playing 1,218 minutes. She finished the season with three goals and four assists for 10 points, including one game-winner. Seamans took 39 shots, with 18 on goal, and now owns five goals, seven assists, and 17 points in her CSB career.

With these latest recognitions, Saint Benedict's soccer program continues its tradition of producing high-achieving student-athletes—both on the field and in the classroom—with 63 total honorable mention honorees in program history.
In total, 22 players were named All-Conference, and 11 received honorable mention distinction. All-Conference and individual awards were nominated by and voted on by the 12 MIAC head women's soccer coaches; any nominated player not selected as All-Conference but still receiving votes from at least three coaches was named honorable mention.
