MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Senior
Ellie Selisker and first-year
Sabriya Farquharson both had a pair of top eight finishes to lead the College of Saint Benedict outdoor track and field team at the Gary Wilson Invitational at the University of Minnesota on Wednesday (April 24).
Selisker had a personal-best in finishing fifth in the triple jump at 10.96m – 35-11.50. She was seventh in the long jump at 5.26m – 17-03.25. Farquharson was sixth in the long jump at 5.31m – 17-05.25 and eighth in the triple jump at 10:64m – 34-11.00.
Sophomore
Lauren Berg was seventh in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:05.22. In the 5,000-meter run, sophomore
Mary Kenney clocked 18:58.64 and first-year Julie Babineau finished in 19:23.06.
In the pole vault, sophomore
Jaylyn Ahlberg was 10
th by going 3.33m – 10-11.00 while first-year
Ming Li Raidt was 13
th also in 3.33m – 10-11.00.
