2024: INDOOR: Competed in six meets, recording fifteen top-eight finishes as a sophomore … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 400 (1:02.07), the 600 (1:39.36)(7^th), the 60H (9.71), and the 4x400 (4:04.42)(3rd) … earned All-MIAC honors for her performance in the 4x400 relay ... took 3^rd place in the 600 with a time of 1:39.99 and ran on the 4x400 which finished in second at the Gopher Classic … ran on the DMR at the SDSU Indoor Classic, taking 1^st place with a time of 12:06.38 … won the 400 (1:01.64) at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic. 

2023: OUTDOOR: Competed in eight meets ... recorded fifteen top-8 finishes, including two first place individual finishes at the Norse Invite with a 100H time of 15.73 and a 400H time of 1:03.98... Set a personal best at the UWL Final Qualifier with a 400H time of 1:03.28 (2nd all-time CSB history) ... competed in the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, running a career-best 100H time of 15.52 (8th all-time CSB history) for 13th place and finishing 2nd in the 400H with a time of 1:03.52 ... INDOORS: Competed in six meets ... recorded top-10 finishes in every event, including a first place and career-best finish at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet with a 800 meter time of 2:23.02 ... finished first place in the 400 meter race with a time of 59.47 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic ... recorded a career-best 200 meter time of 27.12 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic ... competed in the MIAC Indoor Multi Championships, earning career-bests in the 400 (59.24) (4th all-time CSB history) and the 60H (9.22) (3rd all-time CSB history) meter races ... set a school-record of 1:36.28 in the 600-meter at the MIAC Indoor Multi Championships ... earned All-MIAC honors for her performances in the 400-meter, 600-meter, 60H, and 4x400 relay.
