Biography

High School: Frederick is a 2020 graduate of Regis Jesuit High School where she participated in swimming for three years and track and field for two. Her proudest moment is when she broke one minute in the 100 free and saw her coach jumping up and down in support.
 
Personal: Frederick is the daughter of Cindy Frederick and Nolan Frederick and she has six siblings. She enjoys participating in theater and Special Olympics in her free time, and her major is Gender Studies. Frederick likes being a collegiate student-athlete because it is a place where you can go and focus on something fun.
