ST. JOSEPH, Minn. — After one of the most complete performances of her collegiate career, junior middle hitter Kali Jones has been named The House/St. Cloud Orthopedics CSB Athlete of the Week.
 

Jones played a pivotal role in the College of Saint Benedict volleyball team's 3-1 road win over Saint Mary's on Saturday, Oct. 18, helping the Bennies to their third consecutive MIAC victory and sixth win in their last seven matches. She finished the match with 17 kills and 17 digs — averaging 4.25 per set in both categories — to notch her 32nd career double-double.

Her efficiency at the net stood out, as she hit a season-best .483 on 29 attacks with just three errors. Jones also contributed four service aces, capping off a performance that earned her MIAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week honors earlier the same day — becoming the 63rd player in program history to receive the conference's weekly award.

This marks Jones' third straight double-double and her 12th consecutive match with double-digit digs. She continues to climb the CSB career record books, now with 744 kills and 805 digs.

The Bennies are back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 22, with another conference road test at Augsburg. First serve is set for 7 p.m. in Minneapolis.
