LEXINGTON, Ken. -- Junior Kali Jones, who led the College of Saint Benedict volleyball team to the NCAA DIII national tournament for the second straight year, has earned honorable mention All-American honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA).

The AVCA announced today (Nov. 26) its 44th annual All-America teams for NCAA Division III women's volleyball, which include 42 players on the first, second or third teams from 27 schools. Jones, who was named to the AVCA All-Region IX first team on Nov. 20, is CSB's second straight honorable mention All-American (Audrey Spolidoro, 2024). She becomes the 23rd Bennie to earn honorable mention All-American honors from the AVCA. CSB has 18 first, second or third team AVCA All-Americans.

Last week, Jones became the second straight player from CSB and 37th named overall to the AVCA All-Region first team (region nine). In 2025, the elementary education major from Annandale, Minn., led the Bennies (21-7) to both its second straight MIAC Tournament Championship and NCAA DIII Tourney berth (25th overall).

Earlier this fall, Jones earned her first All-MIAC honor after receiving honorable mention in 2024. The 2024 Academic All-MIAC honoree ranked among the conference leaders in several categories — 12th in kills per set (2.69), eighth in digs per set (3.76), and third in service aces (0.49 per set). She was named the MIAC Player of the Week on Oct. 25.

Jones recorded 12 double-doubles this season and 34 in her career. She set a personal-best with 25 digs against Macalester on Oct. 3 and posted a career-high .583 hitting percentage vs. Salem State on Sept. 6. Jones had a season-high of 17 kills vs. Saint Mary's on Oct. 25 with a hitting percentage at .483. In the setback to No. 21 WashU in the NCAA DIII Regional at Oshkosh, she had nine kills, 17 digs and a service ace. She now has totaled 835 career kills (2.75/set), 941 digs (3.08/set), 94 blocks (0.31/set) and 115 service aces (0.38/set).
