The College of Saint Benedict hockey team is coming off a pair of losses to No. 5 Gustavus, but with two games left in the regular season, CSB is still in the hunt for a spot in the MIAC Tournament. CSB is now 10-11 overall and 5-11 in the MIAC, and looks to end its regular season with a pair of wins against Saint Mary's University. The home doubleheader starts with a 7 p.m. game Friday at Ritschie Arena, and the two teams play at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Julia Pias had two goals in the win, and
Annika Brodt,
Myka Stave and
Courtney Conlin all had one. Overall against Saint Mary's, Saint Bens is 9-23-2, including 3-14-1 at home. They average 1.65 goals per game when they face the Cardinals.
Â
The Storyline
With this being the last set of games for CSB in the regular season, the Bennies hope to get a pair of wins to stay in the running for a playoff spot and continue the 2019-20 season into the late February and early March. Saint Mary's is tied for sixth in MIAC standings with St. Kate's, and CSB is right behind them in seventh, so a win could help to move them into potential play-off seeding. Saturday also marks the final home game for the team's three seniors:
Courtney Conlin,
Erica Borrell and
Mollie Wise.
