The College of Saint Benedict nordic ski team recently announced their award winners for the 2011 season. Sophomore
Megan Smith received Most Valuable Skier, Best Classical Skier, and Best Skate Skier. Sophomore
Caitlin Goodman was chosen as the team's Most Improved Skier, and first-year
Emily Krulc was awarded Rookie of the Year. Senior
Stephani Seymour represented CSB on the MIAC Spotswomen Team.
Several skiers also received academic awards. Goodman, Krulc, Seymour,
Robyn Hall, and
Johanna Holub were selected to the Nordic Ski Coaches Association All-Academic Ski Team for earning a GPA of 3.5 or higher. The team cumulative GPA was an impressive 3.583.
