The College of Saint Benedict Blazer tennis team (3-1 overall, 0-1 MIAC) was defeated by conference opponent Gustavus Adolphus College (4-2 overall, 2-0 MIAC) 1-8 Saturday afternoon in St. Peter, MN.

The Gusties took all three doubles matches, winning 8-2, 8-3, and 8-4, respectively.  Junior Sarah Rossman (Rochester, MN, Lourdes) picked up the lone win for the Blazers at number five singles.  The scores were 2-6, 6-1, 12-10.  Gustavus won the other five singles matches.

The Blazers travel to the University of Minnesota campus to play MIAC opponent St. Catherine University (1-2 overall, 0-0 MIAC) on Saturday, March 5th, at 5 pm.
