During a critical mid-season stretch of MIAC games for the CSB basketball team senior forward Ariel Tauer played a huge role to make sure the Blazers went 3-0. In victories over Gustavus, Bethel and Carleton Tauer was 13 of 21 from the field (62%) scoring 34 points (11.3 ppg), 19 rebounds (6.3 rpg), seven steals (3.5 spg) and 11 assists (3.7 apg). CSB is currently 13-3 overall with an 11-2 MIAC mark and tied with Concordia atop the conference.
