2020:
Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: did not compete due to injury.

2019: OUTDOOR: earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking sixth in the high jump at the conference meet ... recorded a personal-best mark and the ninth-best mark in CSB history ... also finished 16th in the javelin ... recorded a career-best mark in the javelin at Gustavus ... INDOOR: competed in four meets ... won the high jump at the Alumnae Meet and took second at the Wartburg Invite.

2018: OUTDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in the javelin ... finished eighth ... competed at four meets for CSB as a sophomore ... recorded four top-10 finishes... INDOOR: competed in MIAC Championships in the high jump and 4x200 relay ... finished fourth in relay to earn All-MIAC Honorable Mention honors ... competed at four meets ... won the high jump at three events (CSB Alumni, Hamster Invitational, and CSB Invitational)... recorded the sixth-best high jump mark in CSB history at CSB Invitational ... named MIAC Athlete of the Week.

2017: INDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking third in the high jump at the conference championships ... her mark of 1.56 meters is eighth in school history ... finished runner-up in the high jump at the Hamster Invite ... recorded seven individual top-10 finishes ... OUTDOOR ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after finishing fourth in the high jump ... also finished top 20 in the MIAC in the javelin ... recorded six top-10 finishes.

High School: Spehar is a 2016 graduate of Esko High School where she competed in track and field and volleyball for four years each. She earned all-conference track and field honors as a junior and senior and was a Polar League Champion those same years. 

Personal: Spehar is the daughter of Kelly Harms and Mark Spehar. She enjoys playing guitar and hiking, and is a psychology and theology double major.
