2024: INDOOR: Competed in five meets … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships, setting a career best in the mile with a time of 5:52.70 ... took 5^th place in the 3000 with a time of 12:18.18 at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet … set a career-best in the 3000 at the CSB/SJU Invitational with a time of 11:48.68. 

2023: OUTDOOR: Competed in four meets … recorded a career-best 1500-meter time of 5:32.06 at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational … INDOOR: Competed in five meets, recording two top-8 finishes … took 3rd place at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet with a 3000-meter time of 12:08.18 … finished in 7th place in the 5000-meter at the CSB/SJU Invitational with a career-best time of 21:04.61 … set a career-best time in the 3000-meter of 11:48.71 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic.

High School: Olinger is a 2022 graduate of Rosemount High School where she participated in cross country and track for 4 years. She earned numerous awards including 3-time Most Improved, 4-time varsity letter, and 4-time Scholar Athlete in cross country and a varsity letter, Scholar Athlete, and Irish Award winner in track. The proudest moment of her career was winning her first cross country race. 
 
Personal: Rachel is the daughter of Kate and Jim Olinger. She is a physics major at CSB, and in her free time, she enjoys hiking, watching movies, and listening to music. Rachel is excited to continue her passion for running and connect with people who share the same passion.
