2022: OUTDOOR: Earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention with the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay team ... also qualified for the conference meet in the 400 hurdles and finished 11th ... won the 400 hurdles three times ... INDOOR: competed with the CSB/SJU club Nordic ski team.

2021: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 hurdles and with the 4x400 relay team ... earned All-MIAC Honorable Mention after taking sixth in the 400 hurdle finals ... also finished seventh with the relay team ... ran a career-best 400 hurdle time of 1:07.45 in the MIAC prelims ... won the 400 hurdles three times as a junior ... recorded seven individual top-five finishes ... INDOOR: competed with the CSB/SJU club Nordic ski team.

2020: Earned Academic All-MIAC honors ... OUTDOOR: The 2020 outdoor season was canceled by the NCAA on March 13 due to the COVID19 pandemic ... INDOOR: competed with the CSB/SJU club Nordic ski team.

2019: OUTDOOR: Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 400 hurdles and finished eighth ... took second in the 400 hurdles at Gustavus ... also competed in the 100 hurdles throughout the season ... recorded nine top-10 finishes ... INDOOR: competed with the CSB/SJU club Nordic ski team.

High School: A 2018 graduate of Holy Family Catholic school, Mahota competed in track and field and Nordic skiing for four years, soccer for three and cross country for one. She earned all-conference honors in the 300 hurdles as a senior and honorable mention as a sophomore, and participated in the state meet in the 4x400-meter relay in 2018. She earned all-conference Nordic honors in 2017 and 2018 as well as all-section in 2018, and participated in the 2018 state meet.

Personal: Mahota is the daughter of Danny and Tom Mahota, and her mom was also a Bennie. She enjoys ceramics and Nordic skiing, and is currently the captain of the CSB/SJU club Nordic ski team. She is majoring in psychology with a minor in communication at CSB/SJU.
