2024: INDOOR: Competed in six meets and recorded ten top-eight finishes as a first year … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships in the 60H, earning 8
th place with a time of 9.54 ... took 1
st place in the 60H with a time of 10.02 at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet and set a career-best in the 200 with a time of 28.12, earning 4
th place … won the 60H prelims at the CSB/SJU Invitational with a career-best time of 9.43 and set a career-best in the 400 (1:04.73) … took 1
st place in the 60H at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic with a time of 9.65.
High School: A 2023 graduate of DeLaSalle High School, Adelgren participated in soccer for four years, track and field for two years, basketball for one year, softball for one year, and golf for one year. Her achievements in track and field include, earning the Spring All-Conference Honorable Mention Award for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 and receiving the Minnesota Track and Field Coaches Association Academic All-State Award in 2022 and 2023. The proudest moment of her track and field career was when she made it to state in hurdles after only doing hurdles for one year and only competing in track and field for two years.
Personal: The daughter of Mary and Kevin Adelgren, Anya has two siblings: Sonja Warner and Maya Adelgren. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exercising, traveling, and art. Anya is exploring Exercise Science and Nutrition as possible majors. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she loves being a part of a team that pushes her to be the best that she can be. Being a collegiate student-athlete allows her to have an outlet to relieve stress, and it gives her a set time to workout.
