Anabella Witschen-Season-Career Results 

2024: INDOOR: Competed in five meets, recording six top-eight finishes … competed in the MIAC Indoor Championships, recording career-bests in the 600 (1:44.84) and the 800 (2:27.81) ... took 2^nd place in the 800 at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet with a time of 2:33.56 … finished the 600 in 3^rd place with a time of 1:45.84 at the CSB/SJU Invitational … took 3^rd place in the 800 at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic with a time of 2:30.02. 

High School: A 2023 graduate of Monticello High School in Monticello, Minnesota, Witschen participated in cross country for four years, track and field for two years, and softball for one year. She earned Cross Country All Conference Academic Awards each year from 2019-2023 as well as lettered in cross country each year. She earned Track and Field All-Conference Academic Awards for both years she participated as well as lettered in track and field both years. She also participated in the Minnesota Honors Society. The proudest moment of her career was pushing herself past the limits she had set for herself while achieving many accomplishments. 

Personal: The daughter of Mathew and Katrina Witschen, Anabella has 6 siblings: Gabby, Wyatt, Polly, Mae, Valencia, and Jeffery. She enjoys reading, cooking/ baking, and going on walks. She is an Exercise and Health Science major with a minor in Nutrition at CSB/SJU. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she gets to be a part of an amazing team that pushes and uplifts one another but also has fun and takes care of their teammates.
