2019: OUTDOOR:
Qualified for the MIAC Championships in the steeplechase and took 14th ... also took ninth with CSB's 3,200-meter relay team ... ran a career-best 800 time at Tommie Twilight ... finished second in the steeplechase twice ... INDOOR: competed in three meets as a junior ... ran a career-best 1,000-meter time at the Hamster Invite.

2018: OUTDOOR: qualified for the MIAC Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 4x800 relay ... finished 11th in steeplechase and seventh in the relay ... competed at four meets for CSB ... won the 5000 at the Dingels Brueggen Open ... finished top-six two other times ... ran career-best 5K and steeplechase times ... INDOOR: qualified for MIAC Championships in 3,000 and distance medley relay ... finished eighth in the DMR ... competed at five meets ... was a top-ten finisher in every event including winning the mile at the CSB Invitational ... ran career-best mile and 3K times.

2017: INDOOR ... competed in five meets as a first year ... took fourth in the 3K at the CSB|SJU February Invite ... finished in the top 10 four times ... OUTDOOR ... qualified for the MIAC Championships in the steeplechase ... finished 14th in a season-best 12:00.33 ... part of the winning 3,200-meter relay at Macalester.

High School: A 2016 graduate of Holdingford High School, Ruprecht participated in cross country and track for six years. She received all-conference honors in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2015. Ruprecht qualified for state from 2011 to 2015. She was a part of the second cross country team in her school’s history to win sections.
 
Personal: Alli is the daughter of Heidi and John Ruprecht, and her mom works in the office of communications and marketing as a web designer at CSB|SJU. In her free time, Alli enjoys rollerblading, buying CDs, and reading Harry Potter. Ruprecht is a communication major and she also competes on the CSB cross country team.
