Abby Bufkin-Season-Career Results 

2024: INDOOR: Competed in four meets, recording two top-five finishes … took 3^rd place in the 3000 at the CSB/SJU Alumni Meet with a time of 12:01.16 … set a career-best in the 3000 at the Gopher Classic with a time of 11:55.22 … set a career-best in the 5000, earning 4^th place with a time of 20:35.94 at the CSB/SJU Invitational … set a career-best in the mile at the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic with a time of 5:59.49.

High School: A 2023 graduate of Cheyenne Mountain High School, Bufkin participated in cross country for four years, swimming for four years, and track and field for three years. In 2023, Bufkin was named Female Scholar Athlete of the Year. The proudest moment in her career was when she helped her cross country team place fourth at the state meet during her senior year of high school. 

Personal: The daughter of Kimberly and Bradly Bufkin, Abby has three siblings; Emma, Jackson, and Porter. She enjoys playing piano, reading, hiking, and skiing. Abby is a Biology major at CSB. She is excited to be part of the team because it helps her balance academics and athletics, so she can be more focused and disciplined.
