Biography
High School: A 2010 graduate of Cretin-Derham Hall High School, Gavin was coached by Patrick Marzolf and participated in swimming and diving (four years). Gavin is a four-time All City and All-Conference Honorable Mention.
Personal: Gavin is the daughter of Linette and Richard Gavin of Maplewood, Minn. She enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with friends. Gavin is majoring in psychology.
What is your proudest moment of your career?Â
"My proudest moment in swimming was when I broke 5:30.00 in my 500 Freestyle at sections."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?Â
"I love being a part of a team, especially swimming. Being a student-athlete allows me to keep up with school work while still participating in athletics."
