High School: A 2010 graduate of Wayzata High School, Daniels was coached by Elizabeth Hanson and participated in swimming (four years) and track (one year) during her athletic career at Wayzata. Daniels is a four-year letter winner in swimming.

Personal: Daniels is the daughter of Mary and Brian Daniels of Plymouth, Minn. She enjoys pottery, swimming, biking, going to the cabin, being outside and spending time with family and friends. Daniels is majoring in environmental studies.
