2015: Started in 10 of 17 games ... fired 14 shots ... scored one goal and recorded two assists as a senior ... finished the year with four points ... scored the game-winning goal at Carleton ... recorded eight shots on goal and 14 total shots ... earned Academic All-MIAC honors.

2014: Played in all 19 games and started 17 for CSB ... tied career-highs with three goals and seven points ... recorded one assist ... fired 25 shots, including 18 on goal ... played 1,024 total minutes (53.9 minutes per game) ... named MIAC Athlete of the Week on Sept. 23 after scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Hamline and another goal in a 3-0 victory against St. Olaf.

2013: Named All-MIAC First-Team ... an All-Region Third-Team selection ... earned the Blazers' Defensive Player of the Year Award ... finished third on the team with 1,552 total minutes ... started all 20 games for the Blazers ... recorded one assist ... had five shots with two shots on goal.

2012: Started all 17 games for Saint Benedict ... had a career-high three points on Oct. 20 against Saint Mary’s … had a career-high six shots on Oct. 13 against UW-Whitewater … had three goals … picked up one assist … finished with seven points … had 21 shots.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Centennial High School, she was coached by Ginger Flohaug. Lenz participated in soccer and alpine skiing for four years. She was a three-time letter winner in soccer and earned all-conference as a junior and senior. She was part of the 2012 state all-tournament team, and earned all-conference honorable mention as a sophomore. In alpine skiing, she was three-time letter winner and three-time all-conference honoree. She was team captain in both soccer and skiing her senior year. Lenz earned academic honors in both sports from 2009-12.

Personal: Daughter of William and Pamela Lenz, she lives in Lino Lakes, Minn.  She enjoys music, skiing and photography. At CSB|SJU, Lenz is majoring in natural science and pre-biomedical engineering with minors in math and biology.
