Jillian Daleiden's Video Comments
2008: Natural athlete … should see increased playing time as an outside back position… a star in the 400 meter run for the track and field team.
2007: Played in 11 games starting in three for the Blazers in her first year.
High School: A 2007 graduate of Blaine High School, Daleiden was coached by John Schlichtmann … participated in soccer (four years), hockey (four years) and track and field (four years) during her athletic career at Blaine High … received the Coaches Award in soccer … holds school records in the 3200-meter, 1600-meter and 800-meter relays … also holds school records in the triple jump and 400-meter run … Academic All-State selection in hockey … was a three-time team MVP in hockey and track and field … was a five-time All-North Suburban Conference selection in track and field … received All-State honors in track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Julie and John Daleiden of Blaine, Minn. … enjoys playing sports, visiting her cabin, four wheeling, snowmobiling, snowboarding and spending time with her family and friends … majoring in biology.
Proudest moment of soccer career: “My favorite soccer moments are when we travel because we all get to know each other better. Also, I love the close games and the times when our team really comes together to cheer everyone on.”
