2012: Named Academic All-conference … appeared in 17 games for CSB … had one assist … picked up 10 shots.
2011: Appeared in twelve games for the Blazers … had four shots on goal.
2010: Frost showed significant improvement during her second season, having ten shots with two goals, three assists, and a total of seven points to help her Blazer team. She even scored one game winning shot.
2009: During her first season, Frost contributed four shots to help her Blazer team.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Mahtomedi High School, Frost was coached by Dave Wald. She participated in soccer (five years) and basketball (four years) during her athletic career at Mahtomedi. She was a part of two state championship teams in 2006 and 2008 and all-conference in soccer. Frost was a two-time All-Conference Honorable Mention recipient and an all-state academic award winner in basketball. She was a captain of her soccer and basketball teams.
Personal: Frost is the daughter of Diane Frost (deceased) and Jack Frost of Mahtomedi, Minn. Her sister and aunt attended CSB. She enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is majoring in nursing.
