2012-2013: Senior season … Team Captian ... All-MIAC Honorable Mention … finished fourth in the MIAC in rebounds per game averaging 7.3 … led team with 198 rebounds … 44 offensive rebounds … 154 defensive rebounds … appeared in all 27 games … made 72 field goals and had 19 three pointers.
 
2011-2012: Dale appeared in three games for the Blazers. She made her first appearance on Jan. 2 against St. Thomas, but her season was sidelined after suffering a concussion during practice. She scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

2010-2011: Dale had a tremendous season for the Blazers, appearing in all 27 games, starting in 14 games, and averaging 19.8 minutes per game.  She scored 187 points for 6.9 points per game.  Dale was second for CSB with 116 rebounds to average 4.3 rebounds per game.  She was first in the MIAC with a .472 three-point field-goal percentage and was second for CSB with 24 blocks.  She scored a career-high 14 points on two occasions - on Feb. 16 against Saint Mary's and on Feb. 22 against Macalester.  Dale grabbed a career-high nine rebounds on two occasions - Nov. 19 against Piedmont and Feb. 24 against Concordia-Moorhead.

2009-2010: Dale appeared in all 27 games for the Blazers, averaging 12.5 minutes per game.  She compiled 87 points for an average of 3.2 points per game and shot a .380 field goal percentage off of 30-79 shooting.  Dale sunk 12 three-pointers off of 38 attempts (.316) and shot .789 percentage from the free throw line off of 15-for-19 shooting.  She grabbed 80 rebounds to average 3 rebounds per game (fifth for CSB) ... Dale scored a season-high eight points and grabbed a season-high nine rebounds in the final game of the season against UST on Feb. 27.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Jamestown High School, Dale was coached by Scott Botner.  She participated in basketball (five years), volleyball (four years) and soccer (two years) during her athletic career at Jamestown.  She was a four-time team MVP and a 2009 Miss Basketball candidate.  She won the senior athlete of the year award and holds school records in rebounds, free-throws and free-throws in a game.  Dale was also a 1,000 point scorer.

Personal: Dale is the daughter of Tracy and Steve Dale.  She enjoys basketball, volleyball, soccer, music, rollerblading, jet skiing and boating.  She is majoring in elementary education.
