1990 Cross Country Review

1990 Season Review

In their final meet of the year at the NCAA Division III Central Region Championships the 1990 CSB cross country team placed seventh among 21 other teams.  In the process they posted their best finish ever and scored 62 points lower than in 1989.  Under the direction of first-year coach Margaret Gehring, the Blazers, finished sixth in the MIAC Championships.  The team's best regular season meet came at the Carleton Invitational when they placed second among a field of 11 teams.

Gehring will graduate six seniors, but returns 13 runners that were either first or second year runners last fall.
