NORTHFIELD, Minn. – College of Saint Benedict sophomore Juslene Chea highlighted seven program top-10 performances for the Bennie track and field team Friday at the MIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Entering Saturday's final day of competition, CSB sits eighth in the team standings with 10 points, while Concordia College leads the field with 105 points. Saturday's competition begins with field events at noon and track events at 1:30 p.m.

The Bennies had an All-MIAC and third-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay as the quartet of junior Taylor Radaich (Prior Lake, Minn.), junior Anabella Witschen (Monticello, Minn.), junior Bailey Link (Brush, Colo.) and first-year Taylor Dean (Hutchinson, Minn.) clocked 9:28.87.

Chea delivered a record-breaking performance in the 100-meter hurdles preliminaries, posting a personal-best time of 14.80 to place second and qualify for Saturday's finals. The mark broke Molly Miller's school record of 14.81 set in 2001 and currently ranks 64th nationally in Division III. Chea also scored for the Bennies in the long jump, placing seventh with a leap of 5.45 meters (17-10.75), which ranks fifth in program history. Sophomore Anna Gries (Minneapolis, Minn.) finished ninth with a personal-best jump of 5.29 meters (17-4.25) in the long jump.

First-year Reese Laposky (Pequot Lakes, Minn.) finished seventh in the high jump with a season-best clearance of 1.58 meters (5-2.25), a mark that also moved into the program's all-time top 10.

Junior Taylor Radaich (Prior Lake, Minn.) advanced to the finals of the 800 meters after placing seventh in the prelims with a time of 2:17.22, which now ranks seventh in school history.

Senior Lauren Berg (Bemidji, Minn.) qualified for the finals of the 400-meter hurdles with the top preliminary time of 1:02.36, a season best and just .18 seconds shy of her personal record (1:02.18), which is a program record. Her time ranks 20th in DIII.

In the 100-meter preliminaries, Bella Lund (Mound, Minn.) posted a personal-best time of 12.38 to place third and advance to the finals. The performance ranks sixth all-time at CSB. Lund also advanced in the 200 meters with another personal best of 25.62, tying Megan Sundstrom's 2012 mark for fifth in school history.

First-year Anna Schottler (Chanhassen, Minn.) added another top-10 performance in the 400-meter prelims, running a personal-best 58.94 to move into sixth all-time at CSB.

Sophomore Parker Pollis (Richfield, Minn.) led CSB in the javelin with a throw of 32.11 meters (105-4), placing ninth overall.
