Mary Kenney claimed an event title and junior
Taylor Radaich posted one of the top times in program history to lead the College of Saint Benedict track and field team at the UW-La Crosse Qualifier on Thursday (May 14).
Kenney (Saint Paul, Minn.) won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:01.16. First-year
Daphne Grobstein (Golden Valley, Minn.) placed fourth in 11:34.43, while junior
Anabella Witschen (Monticello, Minn.) finished fifth with a time of 11:49.75.
Radaich (Prior Lake, Minn.) recorded a career-best time of 2:14.69 in the 800 meters to place 11th overall. Her performance ranks fourth in program history.
Bella Lund (Mounds View, Minn.) improved her personal-best time in the 200 meters to 25.61 to finish 14th overall. That 200 meters time by Lund ranks fifth in program history. She also clocked a 12.29 in the 100 meters to place 13th.
Junior
Sabriya Farquharson (Nassau, Bahamas) finished ninth in the triple jump with a mark of 11.44 meters (37-6 1/2), while senior
Jaylyn Ahlberg (Shoreview, Minn.) tied for 14th in the pole vault after clearing 3.56 meters (11-8).
Sophomore
Allison Banse (Mankato, Minn.) placed 15th in the shot put with a throw of 12.47 meters (40-11).
