ST. JOSEPH, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict basketball team plays its final home game of the regular season Monday, Feb. 14, when it hosts St. Kate's starting at 7 p.m. in Claire Lynch. The game was originally scheduled for Feb. 19, but when the MIAC changed the format of the 2022 postseason tournament, all regular-season games scheduled for Saturday were pushed to Valentine's Day.
Per MIAC policy, fans must be masked at all times in Claire Lynch Hall. Fans are asked to sit in family pods, and if fans are feeling unwell they are asked to stay home. Live stats and video are available

About the Wildcats
Heading into the final week of the regular season, St. Kate's is 11
th in the conference with a 6-14 overall record and a 5-12 MIAC mark. The Wildcats are 1-8 in their last nine games, including a 59-54 loss to Hamline Saturday. Sam Orth leads the team with 11.3 points per game and she's also seventh in the league at 6.4 rebounds per game.
Last Meeting.
COVID canceled the first scheduled meeting between these two teams earlier this year, so the last time the Bennies played St. Kate's was Feb. 19, 2020, in St. Paul. The Wildcats won that game 60-47 after giving up just 17 points in the second half.
The Storyline
Saint Benedict is in fifth in the MIAC standings heading into the first round of the MIAC all-comer tournament Saturday, but the Bennies look to grab some momentum and get back on track to end the regular season. After a pair of losses last week, CSB is looking to end the regular season on a high note as it gears up for postseason play.
Who to Watch
Carla Meyer and
Gabby Martin both scored double digits in Saturday's loss at Augsburg, and
Tori Szathmary had a big game on the boards with 10 rebounds. Szathmary is still fourth in the MIAC in rebounds per game, Meyer is sixth in scoring and fifth in assists and Martin is 11
th in steals per game.
