ST. JOSEPH, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict club lacrosse team thought its season was over when the regional tournament was canceled due to poor weather conditions this spring, but that didn't end up being the case.

The team started its tournament run with an 18-5 loss to Loyola Maryland, then fell 18-7 to New Hampshire. CSB bounced back with a 16-6 win over Oakland, but finished in 10
th place after a 9-8, double overtime loss to Utah State.
This marks the second straight trip to nationals for CSB, which wrapped up the 2017-18 season 8-5 overall.
