Lacrosse is one of many competitive club sports at the College of Saint Benedict. CSB students pride themselves on playing good and 'classy' lacrosse, and they hope to continue to improve as the sport expands. The CSB club lacrosse team practices year-round, playing in fall ball games and tournaments during the fall semester and league games in the spring semester. Practices usually run twice a week in the fall and three to four times per week in the spring with additional lifting and conditioning practices. Being a competitive club team, CSB has participated in many out-of-state tournaments, including tournaments in Champagne, Ill., Boise, Idaho and Santa Barbara, Calif. In 2010, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018 the team participated in the WCLA Nationals Tournament at the Division II club level. CSB has placed in these tournaments, allowing the team to be ranked among the top 10 club teams in the nation.  Â
