SARTELL, Minn. – The College of Saint Benedict tennis team started MIAC play with a win over Concordia Sunday evening. CSB picked up its third straight win and fourth of the year with an 8-1 victory over the Cobbers at Sta-Fit in Sartell.
"(Sunday) was a big step forward for us," head coach
Michael Engdahl said. "Concordia had a lot of new players, so we didn't know what to expect going into the match. Every time the match got close, we were able to buckle down and take control of the match. That has been something we've been working on, so itw as awesome to see us play well when we needed to."
