Erin Sand led the Blazer track and field team at the Ole Qualifier on Feb. 22, scoring a pair of wins and three total top-two finishes.

Individually, she earned her second win of the season in the 200-meter, running to a season best time of 26.81. Her time now ranks sixth in the MIAC heading into this weekend’s indoor conference championship meet.

She also anchored the Blazers winning 4x400-meter relay, stopping the clock in 4:05.65, the best time for Blazer team this season. Like her 200-meter time, Sand’s 4x400-relay team is now also in top of the MIAC, ranking third heading to the weekend.

To round out her day, Sand posted a runner-up tally in the 60-meter, finishing with a career best time of 8.07. In wrapping up a career day, she is also now ranks fifth in the 60.
