Appeared in 73 sets during senior season ... recorded career-high 378 digs, good for first overall on the team ... career-high 30 digs in match against Hamline on Sept. 22 ... recorded 35 assists ... recorded double digit digs 19 times this season ... 10th in the MIAC in total digs, third in digs per set ... earned spot on All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team. 

2020-21: Completed her student teaching requirements and did not compete as a junior in a season that was shortened and played in Spring 2021 due to the COVID19 pandemic.

2019: Appeared in 116 sets ... recorded a career-high 351 digs, good for second on the team ... had a career-high 20 digs on Sept. 18 against Bethel ... had one block ... recorded three kills ... had 26 set assists ... recorded double-digit digs 19 times ... received Academic All-MIAC honors.

2018: Appeared in 55 sets in first year ... had two kills ... recorded seven assists ... had three service aces ... finished the year with 119 digs ... recorded a career-high 14 digs on Sept. 5 against UW-Eau Claire.

High School: Mary is a 2018 graduate of Central High School in Norwood Young America. She played volleyball and basketball and competed in track and field for five years. Her volleyball accomplishments include all-conference as a junior and senior, all-area accolades as a junior and senior, and a team captain her sophomore through senior seasons. She was also awarded the Spotlight On scholarship for volleyball, basketball, and track all four years of high school. Wenisch was also a member of the Chaska JO volleyball team. Her favorite volleyball memory is breaking school records with the best record in the history of her school, and also breaking the individual record for most career digs.
 
Personal: Mary’s parents are Romie and Dianne Wenisch. She has two siblings, Brooke and Reid Wenisch, and her sister Brooke attended CSB/SJU. For fun, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family, swimming, drawing, painting, and working with kids. She is an Elementary Education major.
