2025: All-MIAC…CSC Academic All-District…Academic All-MIAC…played in 105 sets across 28 matches with 193 kills in 499 attempts (.234)…had career-highs in total blocks (103) and digs (59) in her senior year…led team in blocks (103) and block assists (81)…totaled 36 assists and 18 service aces…matched career-high in blocks with nine vs. Concordia on Nov. 1.

2024: All-MIAC Honorable Mention…Oct. 3 CSB Athlete of the Week…Academic All-MIAC…inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma…played in 106 sets across 27 matches with a career-high 239 kills on 653 attempts (.199)…had a team-leading 95 blocks and 84 block assists…totaled a career-high 21 service aces…added 58 digs and 31 assists.

2023: All-MIAC…CSC Academic All-District…Academic All-MIAC…appeared in 100 sets across 27 matches with 218 kills on 596 attempts (.218)…had 90 total blocks (74 block assists) and 26 digs…led team in total blocks and block assists…one of four players to start all 27 matches…had a career-high 15 kills vs. WashU (Mo.) on Sept. 15.

2022: Played in 27 matches as a freshman…totaled 191 kills on 507 attempts (.247)…collected 63 total blocks (50 block assists), 46 digs and seven assists…had a career-high 18 digs on Sept. 2 vs. Berea (Ky.).

Personal: Graduated from Willmar High School in 2022…All-Conference in her senior year…played one season of golf… daughter of Michelle Kvamso and Jeff Knofczynski...nursing major.
