2018: Appeared in 125 sets as a senior ... finished fourth on the team with 282 kills ... had five assists ... had 16 service aces... finished third on the team with 108 blocks ... had 57 digs ... recorded a career-best four solo blocks on Oct. 19 against St. Olaf ... had a season-high 16 kills on Sept. 19 against St. Thomas.

2017: Appeared in 100 sets as a junior ... finished fifth on the team with 187 kills ... had four assists ... had 21 service aces... finished second on the team with 89 blocks ... finished fourth in the MIAC in total blocks and fifth in blocks per set (0.89). 

2016: Appeared in 89 sets ... finished third on the team with 158 kills ... recorded five assists ... had 33 digs ... had 14 solo blocks ... compiled 57 block assists ... finished fifth in the MIAC with 0.80 blocks per set and eighth with 71 total blocks ... earned All-MIAC honors.

2015: Appeared in 112 sets ... hit 228 kills ... had seven assists ... recorded 25 digs ... co-led the team with 36 service aces ... finished fifth in the MIAC in total service aces ... led the team with 75 block assists ... finished seventh in the MIAC with 93 total blocks ... finished second on the team with 18 solo blocks ... named MIAC Hitter of the Week on Oct. 5 after setting a career-high with 17 kills at St. Olaf.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Bethlehem Academy, Mathews participate in volleyball for four years and basketball for two. She helped her team to state titles her sophomore through senior seasons. She earned all-conference honors as a junior and senior and all-state as a senior. She also earned all-conference honorable mention as a first year and sophomore and all-state honorable mention as a junior. Mathews led her team in blocks and kills as a junior and blocks as a senior, and was named the team’s MVP in 2013. She earned academic all-conference from 2011-14 in volleyball and from 2010-12 in basketball.

Personal: Mathews is the daughter of Paula and John Mathews and she has a brother, Drew, and a sister, Jessica. She enjoys sports and volunteering and is a global business leadership major with a communication minor.
