High School: A 2010 graduate of Pelican Rapids High School, Coleman was coached by Chris Coleman. She participated in volleyball (four years), basketball (four years) and track and field (four years) during her athletic career at Pelican Rapids. In volleyball, she was a four year team MVP, MVP of the conference and All-State Honorable Mention. Coleman was named MVP in basketball, captain of the team and was All-Conference. She was also a four year team MVP in track as well as a state participant and All-Conference.
Personal: Coleman is the daughter of Chris and Jim Coleman of Pelican Rapids, Minn. She enjoys swimming, wakeboarding, fishing, horseback riding, hiking and reading. She is majoring in biology/pre-physical therapy.
