High School: Jager is a 2017 graduate of Waconia High School. She played one year of varsity volleyball and received all-conference honors in 2016. Her favorite memory of volleyball is helping her team become conference champions.

Personal: Kalista is the daughter of Trevor and Jackie Jager. She has two brothers, Todd and Jace. She likes to keep a busy schedule, so being a student-athlete is perfect for her. She has not yet declared a major.
