Biography
High School: A 2009 graduate of Park City High School, Gideon was coached by Jeff Wyant and Brad Osgothorpe… participated in cross country (three years) and track (four years) during her athletic career at Park City… co-captain of cross country team... member of two state championship teams… letter winner in both cross country and track.
Personal: Daughter of Katie Meyers-Gideon and Jeff Gideon of Park City, UT… enjoys running, riding horses, and playing music… majoring in biochemistry and Spanish.
What is your proudest moment of your career?
"Running varsity all four years was an amazing accomplishment. It was also amazing to be part of a State winning team 2 years in a row."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"I love the balance that being on the team brings to my life. It is great to be academic and athletic at the same time. The team is like my family and I love going to practice every day to run with such an amazing group of women."
