High School: A 2006 graduate of Lourdes High School, Tiegs was coached by Kevin Rust… participated in tennis (5 years), softball (4 years) and basketball (1 year) during her athletic career at Lourdes… Doubles state champions in 2004 and 2005, and runners up in 2003… McGovern Dedicated Athlete award recipient… athlete of the season in 2006… tennis team champions 2001-2005.

Personal: Daughter of Catherine and Robert Tiegs of Rochester, MN… sisters Christin and Megan attended CSB… enjoys cooking and the Minnesota Twins… majoring in Nutrition/Dietetics with a minor in Psychology.

What is your proudest moment of your career in tennis?
"Being elected to the All-Conference team last year."

"Being a student-athlete allows you to learn more than just what is taught in the classrooms. You are able to learn life-lasting skills about teamwork and the importance of striving to be your best. It is an incredible opportunity."
