Biography
High School: A 2008 graduate of New London-Spicer High School, Seipel was coached by Chad Schmiesing and participated in tennis (four years), basketball (one year), and track (two years) during her athletic career at New-London. Seipel received all west central north conference honors. She was voted team MVP in 2006 and placed 4th at state doubles in 2007. Seipel was named team captain in 2006 and 2007, and received conference player of the week honors in 2007.
Personal: Seipel is the daughter of Tami and Rick Seipel of New London Spicer. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, the outdoors, and traveling. Seipel is majoring in Psychology.
What is your proudest moment of your career?
"Taking fourth place in the Minnesota AA State Doubles Tournament."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"I like being able to compete at a higher level with teammates who all work hard and want to succeed."
