Biography
High School: A 2008 graduate of Saint Joseph Catholic High School, Jones was coached by Jonas Ehrlin and participated in tennis (four years) and basketball (four years) during her athletic career at Saint Joseph Catholic. Jones is a two time Utah state tournament singles champion. She was named captain of both the tennis and basketball teams her junior and senior years. Jones was named to the All area Northern Utah 2nd team in basketball. She won a state team championship in 2007 in tennis.
Personal: Jones is the daughter of Margaret and Walter Jones of Ogden UT. She enjoys tennis, shopping and spending time with friends. Jones is majoring in management.
What is your proudest moment of your career?
"When my school won the tennis state championship my senior year."
What do you like about being a collegiate student-athlete?
"I love being a part of the Blazer tennis team, working hard, and improving my strokes. I also love being able to play my favorite sport while still going to school."
