High School: A 2011 graduate of Mahtomedi High School, Schwietz was coached by Erin Albrecht and participated in swimming (two years) during 7th and 8th grade on the Mahtomedi High School swim team. Schwietz is a two-year letter winner as well as All-Conference and an All-Conference Honorable Mention.
Personal: Schwietz is the daughter of Kelley and Dennis Schwietz of Stillwater, Minn. She enjoys cooking, swimming, music, and spending time with family and friends. Her major is undecided.
