2024-25: Regan started in all 17 games this season. She totaled 1413 minutes, her highest being 90 minutes in one game against Carleton on November 2nd. She had two shots against Gustavus, with a total of nine shots on the season and seven on goal. Melz has a SOG% of .778. Regan earned the Academic All MIAC Award. 

2023-24: Melz played in 18 games and started in 3 of them; a total of 519 minutes. She had one goal against St. Scholastica on October 18th, 2023. She had 3 shots, all of them on goal.  

2022-2023: Played in all 19 games as a first year for a total of 510 minutes, recorded 1 assist at Northwestern-St. Paul, and finished the season with 4 shots, including 3 on goal. 

High School: Melz is a 2022 graduate of Minnetonka Highschool in Minnesota, where she played two seasons of basketball, four seasons of soccer, and four seasons of track and field. Her accomplishments and awards include Skipper Award (soccer 2018), four-year letter winner (Track 2019-2022), two-year letter winner (Soccer 2020-2021), and All Conference Player (Soccer 2021). Melz also played for the TFE Soccer Club, they were 2019 NPL Champions, 2019 and 2022 MYSA State Cup Champions, and 2021 MYSA State Cup Runner Ups. The proudest moment of her career so far was winning the State Cup semifinals in a shoot-out to get them to the State Championship game her freshman year.

Personal: Regan is the daughter of Wendy and Brandon Melz, she has three siblings, Bailey, Jordan, and Kylie. Some of her favorite activities include working out, cooking, hanging out with friends and family. Regan is majoring in Exercise Health Science, and she is looking forward to being a student athlete while meeting new people and playing with her new teammates. She is also looking forward to the next level of commitment, dedication, and competition that the collegiate level of soccer offers.
