High School: A 2009 graduate of West Lutheran High School, Olson was coached by Rachel Kionka. She participated in soccer (four years), basketball (three years) and softball (one year) during her athletic career at West Lutheran. She was all-state, all-area and two-time all-conference in soccer. Olson was also a two-time team MVP in soccer.
Personal: Olson is the daughter of Deb and Ken Olson of Plymouth, Minn. She enjoys kayaking, photography and hiking. She is majoring in environmental studies with a minor in biology.
