College of Saint Benedict

2024: Abbott played in two games this season, totaling 27 minutes. 

High School: Abbott went to Visitation High School and lived in Mendota Heights, Minn. She played soccer for 4 years, basketball for 4 years, and lacrosse for 4 years. Abbott was a 10 time varsity letter holder freshman year through senior year, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse captain senior year,  two time Most Dedicated Player for basketball and lacrosse senior year, soccer All Section Tournament Team junior year, soccer All Conference (Senior, 2023). She played for Salvo Soccer Club, and was team captain 2023-2024. Her favorite moment in her career was her junior year of high school in a section playoff game versus Two Rivers. She likes being a collegiate student-athlete because she is able to continue to play sports that she loves deeply and have helped her become the person she am while obtaining a higher education to become her best self both in college and beyond.

Personal: Her parents are Kirsten Abbott and Chad Abbott, and she has two siblings TJ and Carly. She is majoring in Exercise and Health Science. Abbott enjoys being in nature and spending time with family and friends.
